@charlie golff take your business elsewhere then. companies have the right to refuse service for any reason and it just so happens that for your sake so you dont accidentally kill yourself these hvac distributors will (mostly) only sell to contractors, because if you end up accidentally hurting yourself because you dont know what you are doing you or your spouse could end up suing the company. baker bryan is on top of their stuff. unlike some other branches in the centex area

As a customer, if I call a business to check the availability of a back-ordered part the last thing I expect to hear is, \We won't give you that information. We only speak to technicians.\ Really? No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.
