The first year they took care of my mom the nurse came by twice a week and sat down with us and explained everything. If we had a concern they would either explain it to us over the phone what was going on or sent someone out to help us. For my parent's 60th anniversary they came out and celebrated with us. The aide came by and took really good care of my mom. Then when time was getting close to my mom's passing the nurse came out almost every day to check on her. When mom passed the nurse came out checked her vitals and then called the funeral home for us. The pastor came to mom's funeral and the entire organization was there for us. They even continued to call the year after mom's passing to check on the family especially my dad. They are a great organization! I would highly recommend them!

They are very disrespectful. The nurses are very rude. They are the worses company to take care of your love ones.

My grandfather got sick and we felt like there was nothing we could do. We felt hopeless! Got in contact with Claudia and within minutes she came to visit with me and my family. My grandfather is doing great now, with the care of Compassionate Care Hospice. He loves his nurses and we couldn't be happier with the service.

Trying to make the best choice of who will care for our loved one, our Dad, a man over 90, is very difficult. We wanted someone that would make him feel as comfortable and loved as possible. Compassionate Care did exactly that . After exploring other agencies, the caring staff at Compassionate Care made our choice very easy. They helped educate our family on through this journey and gave comfort to us each day knowing he was receiving the best care available. They not only cared for Dad, they cared for all of us. It is difficult to find the words to express our family’s gratitude for the many acts of kindness that Compassionate Care provided our Dad and family during his illness. It is our hope that more people in our community become acquainted with the availability of Hospice as a service to those in need. I personally witnessed the care given to our Dad, Compassionate Care Hospice is a wonderful program that does “compassionately” care and helps not only the patient, but the families as well, to the end of life’s journey.

My dear friends, who were more like a bonus family to me, were placed in a senior care facility because they cold no longer live at home. In January of 2016, he was hospitalized. The doctor and nurses advised that, due to his condition, he should be under hospice care. Because I had a very dear friend who worked for Compassionate Care Hospice, I called her. She came to the hospital immediately and within a few hours my friend and his wife were placed under their care. Compassionate Care arranged for him to be taken back to the nursing facility to be with his wife. He passed away in two days, but his wife was under their care for eight months. The nurses, chaplain, and above all, the aide were wonderful to her...attending to her physical needs as well as her emotional needs. The aide became a trusted friend and company to her. Compassionate Care is exactly what was provided! The family is eternally grateful for the care they provided when the family couldn't be there.
