The delivery driver definitely is definitely a great person on their team with alot of empathy for the covid situation! The man deserves a raise as well as a promotion! Hopefully future drivers take his actions and service standards wholeheartedly! He is by far the best delivery driver I have had since this pandemic has hit our nation! I am in regret that I wasn't able to order more from this location. I was that satisfied with this whole experience! Thank you good sir! Stay safe!

(FYI there is minimum 12 for delivery)If there was a way to put 2 1/2 I would. I ordered food around 12:00 am. The person on the phone was kind, and the pizza and drink arrived quickly. The man was also very kind. But! The pizza I got was cut all crooked. Multiple pieces were smaller than the others so it was very difficult splitting up evenly.
Always get my order perfect. Only go to the one on William j Bryan parkway. Love it.
It's the best pizzeria in Bryan Bryan Texas. And costs is so much cheaper you will save money.
I placed an order before 4 pm to pick up two pizzas at 5:35 pm last Friday. I showed up at 5:50 because this location is usually pretty slow. My tracker said the pizza was ready and I prepaid so it should've been an easy and quick pick up (not to mention I ordered an hour and 35 minutes ahead of time) When I pulled in to the drive through the person at the window tried to give me another order and I let him know it wasn't mine. He then went to retrieve mine, came back empty handed and asked me to pull around again. Confused, I did and when I made it back around he looked for my pizzas a second time, came back empty handed again, and asked me if I could park up front. Confused again, I said okay and did. I checked my tracker again and it still said it was ready. Finally around 6:20 I called the store to ask how much longer it would be, they couldn't tell me and said it would be out soon. I asked if they accidentally gave away my pizzas and they said they were just busy and I asked why the tracker said it was ready and they said it was busy. I also asked why it wasn't ready when I ordered ahead of time and selected a pick up time and all they said was they were busy and it would be right out. Finally around 6:30 pm they brought the pizzas out with quick sorry and no explanation. I was late to the function I was going to and all I received was a snarky sorry. I would have appreciated honesty and letting me know what actually happened but I did not get that. I would not recommend this location and looking at previous reviews it looks like I am not the first one this has happened to. I only ordered from here because it was on the way to the function I was going to but in the future I will go out of my way to avoid this location and I suggest others do the same.
They gave my order to someone else.. the girl was like sorry... I had also used my rewards for a free pizza. She said they would cancel that order so I could get my rewards back well they didn’t and told me I had to call the district #, it wasn’t my mistake so why do I have to call and stay on the phone. She said that’s what manager said there’s nothing we can do.. shouldn’t you verify the order before giving it to someone? Well needless to say I got no pizza and still don’t have my rewards.

When calling and asking if the keto pizza that I saw online was available at this location the person who answered the call, Tommy,asked someone and they said, "Uh no this is Dominos." I them stated I knew where I was calling was put on hold without being given notice. When Tommy came back on the line I asked who said that and Tommy told me it was a "customer". I then asked if it was the manager or who the manager was and I was told the General Manager was Dustin and when I asked for his number Tommy said I don't know it off the top of my head. I then said thank you and hung up. I understand that not every location will be offering the keto option which is why I called the location I would be ordering from. There was no need for whoever was in the background customer or not to state "This is Domino's". If this was an employee they need to be retrained on how to answer questions no matter how dumb they think they are.
