Eatology is great! There is so much variety in the meals, and "cooking" them is the easiest thing ever. I enjoy being able to customize my meals weekly, and I am constantly amazed at how low the calorie-count of each meal is, given how much food we get! I definitely recommend trying them out; the menu changes each week, so one week, so I'm never bored. Customer service is personable and responsive. Definitely check them out.

Healthy, delicious, creative, hearty! I cannot begin to express how happy I am to have found this paleo based food delivery service. The menus offered are wildly creative and are appropriately macros friendly. It’s unbelievable how fantastic the meals taste! Their customer service is above and beyond. They’ve always been incredibly responsive and helpful in meal suggestions and whatever else I’ve needed. As a New Yorker, I wish I lived in Texas so I could order more frequently! Just delicious. Definitely try!
I began using Eatology over a year ago, and lost the last 8 pounds I had always hoped t but never thought I would. Their properly portioned, very tasty, variety of meals has made my life so much easier! I have tried a few other meal services and none had the flavor, variety, and results that Eatology has given me! 5 stars!
We absolutely LOVE this meal service! Wanted a ready-made PALEO meal that was easy, tasty, and healthy. The company is very responsive, is constantly tweaking their menu & the frozen delivery packaging is amazing! I am sure they will only get better. Just what we were looking for at this time!
Being a female in my 50's with a metabolism out of whack that has caused medical issues, I realized a one-size-fits-all type of diet plan was not for me. I researched paleo diet plans and I found Eatology. Through their easy to prepare meals which are a fit for my busy routine, and the how-to videos they provide on preparing your own meals, combined with my routine of exercise, I have managed to lose weight and maintain it on a healthy way, in only 4 months I've been subscribed to the plan. Additionally , my medical issues are getting better. I plan to continue having Eatology as a partner in my healthy lifestyle goals
Delicious, healthy, quick & easy, and wonderful customer service! This has been a huge help in taking some of the pressure off of food prep and meals during the week. Meals are delicious & healthy, and work well with our macros and diet preferences. Customer service has also been unbelievable - very friendly, responsive and helpful.
Quality, Variety, Service I have done a couple of other meal prep delivery services and this one I will actually stick with. The food is legitimately good tasting and all organic which was a big plus for me. I did the "Chef's Choice" and was pleasantly surprised with the variety I get each week, none of the others I have done did the same. I highly recommend this service if you are shopping around.
We love this food - have been ordering since Spring 2020 - it tastes excellent, is healthy, (and how they manage to make it so low in calorie count is beyond me) - our grocery bill is actually lowered bc we aren't wasting fresh food that we didn't have time to prepare, and we're not making multiple trips to the grocery store - food prep is simple (even I can manage it) with oven heat up, and we recycle the food containers. Thanks Eatology!
