We paid the company to install a chimney cap in June 2019. It blew off last week and we called to see about getting it back up. We paid 120 for the installation in June 2019 and were quoted a price of 130 to look at it now. I am unsure how well it was installed in 2019, but it would seem it should last longer than this. The company does not appear to stand behind their work and to charge more than the original price appears greedy.

We were very disappointed with how this company set up appointments. We set up a date, were told that we would be called about time, called them again after no notice was given to us and then we were told we did not have an appointment. We not recommend them to anyone.

Wow! What amazing customer service! I got my fireplace more than 10 years ago from them. They still had all the records. I had a problem with it and Katy and Dusty helped me get it fixed over the phone! Friendly! Helpful! I recommend them 100%!

Helpful and courteous staff! They installed the fireplace in a house we purchased a few years later. We called them to clean it which they did and they even took the time to explain to us how it worked and all the benefits of the type of fireplace we had (Artisan FPX).

When we built our home 7 years ago we had them put in our gas logs. This year our fireplace remote went out. They came all the way to Katy on an acceptable service charge to replace it. Could not be more pleased with quality and service. Highly recommend them!
