I was forced to go here for depression and while they were making me sign many many papers I was quite obviously starting to panic because of all the numbers and prices. In the middle of signing papers that I didn't even want to sign, and listening to the woman behind the counter ramble off dozens of numbers I had an extreme panic attack and pushed the papers back over the counter and went to the door. They sent a lady out after me to bring me back in and hold me in a room to finish signing the papers. The psychiatrist is very blunt and hard spoken, terrible at talking to people with extreme anxiety and depression. Altogether it was a terrible experience and I went to maybe 2 appointments and I quit going and will never go here again. Forced or not.

I would NOT recomend this center to anyone. I signed up on my own free will to receive help for my anxiety which is pretty debilitating. \Karen\ said staff there was extrwmely belitting . I called for her help on a matter a couple times first few times she was more than willing to help. This last time i called her she told me \you need to wait for your appointment and not bother me anymore in quite busy \ i responded with well cancel my appointment then ... She went on to say \glad to\. I just suffered a major panic attack the night before and was looking for reassurance instead I got everything but kindness. Needless to say i cancelled my appointment and will not be returning ever ill go through another agency.
