We went to pizza hut at the Bryan Ohio location (it was Saturday Feb 13th 9 pm) and we pulled up to the window and they took our money and told us that our order was not ready. Well you can tell that the lady did not want to work the window. We heard her tell another employee that as well. Well we sat there for quite some time and finally another person came to the window and ask again what our name was and by this time there was cars behind us. And come to find out our food had been sitting there, not in the warmer. Well we only live 1 min from Pizza Hut. Our food was luke warm.. So I know it had been there for awhile just because she did not want to be in the window we felt like we were being ignored.. maybe you need to have the employees know customer experience..

Terrible service and management! The pizza was cold and greasy, they only made certain people in there wear a mask and I asked why they wouldn't answer and they was passing food and or garbage back and forth through the window and that is so unsanitary. I do not recommend any one going there , this was at the Bryan , Ohio Pizza Hut.
The pizza, bread sticks, and boneless wings were made perfectly. Also, the staff was friendly when we picked up our food. I really like that we can earn points for free food too!
Always great food and excellent service. Love this pizza hut
