The AC was blowing warm air so I called Siegert on Friday morning and the technician Dylan came out to take a look. The diagnosis was a leak in the evaporator. We decided to look at replacing the whole AC system since the old had known issues. Justin quoted us four options and we chose the one that fit our budget. They loaned us a window unit to keep us cool until the install a few days later. The install crew was very clean and efficient and the install took only part of the day. We are very happy with the service and how everything was cleaned up from the install. The best part is we have a cool house again.

Overpriced, used parts, no call back from a manager. Called them because my outdoor unit was not running. Two techs showed up And after about 15 minutes, came back in and told me that I had a bad breaker feeding the outdoor unit. They said they replaced the breaker and the unit was fine, I could leave the breaker in there for 169 plus a 69 call out fee. Despite the exorbitant price for a breaker, I decided that it wasn’t worth my time To go find a breaker and redo the work they had already done. The next morning I checked the breaker panel and discovered that they had installed a used breaker with a cracked case, and that the breaker was undersized for the circuit. I called the office and politely explained what happened, the lady who took my call said she would pass my phone number on to one of the managers but no one bothered to call me back after 2 business days. For 238, I got a used part that sells new for around 12 bucks, and about 15 minutes of labor. And zero attention to customer service. Update 10/27. As you can see, someone from Siegert posted a canned response promising to look into it. No response. No explanation. No call back from a manager still. This isn’t an issue with a tech, this is how they treat customers.

Very helpful in letting me know extra details about keeping our a/c units in good condition to run efficiently. Took extra time to show me where to put extra filters that are located in the attic that I did not realize I had. Also measured the special filter so I could be sure to get the right size.
