Enormous pads, which was great for moving with my family. Very friendly staff. They fill propane, which is nice. My only complaint is the sewar connections. Ours was set too far into the concrete, so I wasn't able to screw the elbow in , it just had to kind of sit in there. It worked out, but needs to be addressed. Otherwise, awesome park!

They filled my 2 propane tanks, quickly & inexpensively. The park is beautiful & on a fairly trafficked road, so easy access to Bryan & College Station. Price seems competitive too. I'll probably stay here next. BTW - My 2 tanks only cost about 5 more than the 1 I filled last. Moved in yesterday and it took a minute to get it all done, but very thorough & fairly painless. Pulled out yesterday, 2/01 as my job ended, after only 2 weeks. It's quiet and all neighbors I met were very neighborly

From the moment we arrived, the front desk was friendly and welcoming. We found every part of the facility clean and well organized. We felt the price for services and amenities to be very reasonable. Our dog had lots of space to exercise. We will be back!

One of the nicer parks in our travels. The spaces are long and very wide-plenty of room for your awning and outdoor gear. Hogan, one of the staff, met us at our spot, gave us a brochure listing the services offered and the cable line-up and explained the many features of the park Met Karen, General Manager, on Sunday and she is a very pleasant person to talk with-very knowledgeable and accommodating. All of the hook-ups are grouped together in a nice gravel area and you park so the slides are still in the concrete area when extended with plenty of room for your awning. The newly installed computer program for reservations, confirmation and check-in is top of the line and saves going to the office to do paperwork and extended stays can have a automatic payment by credit card on file. Restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are super clean. The lounge is very nice with new furniture. The WiFi and cable work very well. Very affordable prices. I recommend this RV resort for anyone coming to the Bryan/College Station area. P.S. We stayed here from July 1 until Sept.1 and the office and maintenance staff were tops. There is not a wish or want that wasn't full filled, the restrooms, showers, laundry and lounge were kept in an immaculate condition and the grounds were groomed constantly-never an unsightly area in the entire park. The owners were doing some upgrades and contracted with the nicest people, very professional, accommodating and courteous, to complete in a timely fashion these improvements. Even with the influx of refugees from the surrounding area because of the hurricane, it was well organized. Karen, Ben, Hogan and Karen's mom, the maintenance crew and all of the behind the scenes personnel I want to say thank you for making Timber Ridge RV the best park in the Brazos Valley.
