I wasn't overly happy with my experience when I visited. My first visit, the business was closed because his open times were incorrect. When I did visit during business hours, I notified the worker (owner?) that his times of business were wrong on Google to which he replied that he was not associated with Google in any way I would be finding a way to get his information removed. This was not done...politely. I later discovered that his times of business are wrong on the Facebook page, website and Google. The only way to know when they are open is to know. Items did not seem to be organized in any kind of logical way and it was a little difficult to find things. One item (guitar stand) that I needed was actually in a cupboard with none on display. You *had* to ask for help to find one. This was again, not done... politely. Prices were fine, stock was good (when it could be found), and the store space was clean. Unfortunately, I will most likely be making the drive to Toledo, etc for future music gear purchases. While I make an effort to shop local, I will not do so at the compromise of service and customer appreciation.
