My daughter is almost three and this park has been a reliable 'go to' park. It has a decent covered pavilion near two semi-covered playground activity centers that allow her to run and play just about anytime. Decent drainage and the shade is always a plus in Texas. After all, who wants to go down a slide that has been beaten on by the hot sun for hours?

Nice park thr only downside are some of the people it attracts. Beautiful tennis courts but for some reason there are groups of disrespectful soccer players who insist on playing soccer on them. Multiple complaints to Bryan Parks and they will not do anything about it.

Nice park that has grills, soccer field, sand volleyball and some paved trails thru the woods for running or bike ride. Don't like the people that goes there. Always starring at me like they got a problem. They leave trash laying around but park maintenance dose a good job of keeping it looking nice.

Nifty lil park. The writings on the short trail/paths are motivational encouraging engagement with our Lil 'uns and things to do to do just that. Altho there are entrances amongst the houses, I think that is to motivate those that live there to get out more and thus, general parking/entrance is in the school's parking area to the West of the school. Jungle gym, well-kept basketball area, beautiful grasssy area to play soccer, frisbee, fly a kite, altho it's also used by the school, so prolly needa be mindful of their hours. The water fountains are shut off in December to prevent busted pipes in winter, but the bathrooms are still usable and kept stocked of TP. Pups and I walk down here from Travis Bryan Municipal park regularly cuz it's good exercise, but also cuz the park is so well maintained, quaint, and the sayings on the paths are a boost.
