I was searching for a vet as we are new to the area. This vet office is not complying with Covid-19 safety guidelines, not one staff member that we saw was wearing any type of face mask. I noticed another reviewer had a similar experience in November. We did not stay for our appointment. If they can’t show compassion towards their fellow humans by following the recommended safety guidelines, I can’t trust them to be compassionate and thoughtful towards my dogs care. 02/25/21

First off I'd like to thank Dr.Baggs and his entire staff for they help and heartfelt sympathy. We brought my daughters guinea pig in right at closing and they did all they could for us. Sadly she didn't make it but the sympathy and compassion of Dr.Baggs and his staff was above and beyond. It was my first experience here and I can guarantee it won't be my last. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good compassionate Veterinarian.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They are professional, reasonably priced, extremely through and very responsive. I have brought both my reptiles here. When my chameleon was eggbound they were the biggest help, and when she had to be euthanized they were very caring and helped us feel much better. They have amazing front desk people, very helpful techs and Dr. Baggs is outstanding. I will definitely be taking all my pets here.

Theresa at the front is absolutely fantastic! I had never been there before, but my cat needed to be seen today. She got me in, made sure my cat was seen and well taken care of, and they had a diagnosis in just over an hour. They’re also WAY cheaper than the vet I was going to. I’m very impressed and will be switching to West Villa Maria for all of my pets. Thank you so much!
