We hired BSW for our wedding in June 2019. From the initial site visit and quote to the wedding day it was pretty much seamless. All the team were easy to communicate with, we had very quick responses to email queries. Very flexible with respect to last minute changes (for example we changed our minds on what lights we wanted and were not charged for going for the cheaper option). Would highly recommend and use again!

We hired BSW for our wedding at the beginning of June 2019. First class service and friendly team. Easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble, even arranging the delivery of a heater the day before the wedding after a last minute change of mind. Would highly recommend!
Just phoned up for a quote and was met with a rude and unprofessional reply. It was \far too hot\ to think about the date I had in mind and they were not prepared to give me a quote. A better reply might have been, can we get back to you ? I have passed this on to one of their really good customers who recommended them. Dreadful.
Hired a marquee for our wedding and were delighted. BSW were helpful and practical during the planning stages, and the crew who arrived to put up and strike the marquee were friendly, patient with my need for diagrams and helped us out with a couple of things that would have taken us hours to do alone! Whole-heartedly recommend them.
We used BSW for the marquee at my wife's 40th Birthday Party. Great service, friendly and professorial. Not expensive. Lovely marquee.
