I first contacted BTL and specifically James when we switched to Quickbooks. James responded to my inquiry promptly, set up a call and discussed what codepxl needed in terms of monthly accounting. Being a hands off (and terrible at accounting) business owner, BTL quickly took over and set everything straight, and I have never looked back. I find James and Candice to be exceptionally responsive and happy to answer my novice accounting questions, they correct the many mistakes I made (and continue to make) in Quickbooks and provide solid advice. I HIGHLY recommend BTL for any business, large or small.

I reached out to David because my small business had some complex tax issues due to hiring a non-pro. I sincerely want to thank David for taking that stress off my shoulders - actually though. I was losing my mind but for him, it was no issue. As if that wasn't enough, as a small business I run into tax questions, hiccups and issues frequently - and guess who emails me back in like an hour. This guy. The follow up service is ridiculous. very poor quality. they lack professionalism and are just a few kids that opened up an accounting company. Would NEVER recommend. Taking legal action against them now.
