It's an okay substitute for actual boba. Unfortunately they don't use actual tapioca in their tea. The tea is good but it lacks that little spark that genuine boba has. The people who work there are incredible and I was glad to find that they speak English.

A very nice place to have bubble tea, the choice of sweet flavours is huge. Tapioca (chewing pearls) is especially tasty here. I also liked the service, the lady who works here is friendly and patiently waited till I made my choice :) I recommend this place.
This place has very good reviews that's why we chose this one to have some bubble tea. We asked for chewable pearls which were not cooked yet. The lady cooked the pearls for us and prepared a glass of bubble tea. We liked both the taste and the effort. By the way the place is a bit small but efficiently deigned. Plus they have good wifi connection.

Not the traditional bubble tea from Asia but close to it. The service is very slow, the beverages take a lot of time to do it and the ordering procedure it’s a little complicated. Great variety of “bubbles” and also teas. Be patience and you will have your drink.
