Do not take anything with Quality1 covering it. they are completely useless and their coverage never covers anything that you need. Look elsewhere.

I am a paying client of Quality1 AG, and every time I tried to call (not even with a claim but just with a plain question about my coverage or about UPGRADING to 5 star coverage!), I guest got a robotic and unfriendly sounding customer service employee, which would make absolutely no attempt to try to understand me or connect me with a colleague who speaks English. She would just repeat 10 times in a row \Wir sprechen NUR Deutsch\ like a machine! It makes me wonder what treatment I would receive if I actually called with a problem. Definitely not an English-speaker friendly company. Generally not friendly and not service-minded at all, even with their existing paying clients. Avoid.

AVOID! There is NO quality or Guarantee when taking coverage from them! I thought I would give it a chance even after seeing low ratings. They will only look for excuses and not give a clear reason for claims not being covered, as far as i have experienced. I thought taking their coverage and even upgrading to the 3 star Guarantee would be worth it but NO. I was in contact with one of their representatives last year in October (Mr. Stellato to be precise), of which it took them TWO weeks to respond to my query. The very thing that was written in the coverage description was apparently not covered and rather than giving a clear explanation as to why, included in their response was such an engine needs replacement left and right... Advice about the type of car I have is not what I paid for with this Guarantee!. Furthermore, EVERY TIME I tried to contact them, I have to keep on sending follow up Emails or call before they maybe had the time to reply to me. In the end, the last email I sent to them kindly asking for an explanation was early December 2017, with a follow up email AND giving Mr. Stellato a call once more in February asking for a reply which i still have not yet received! Very very very dissapointed with such incompetence from a company which name really does not express its actions, at least to my experience. When buying a second hand car I would recommend EITHER leaving the coverage out and bargaining up to 500.- off the price of the car OR staying to the very basic covrage and not extending. In the end you are most likely going to pay all your repair costs :). I just hope that one day they can work on such internal problems and become as good and useful as they claim to be.

I experienced very slow service during the handling of my claim. Promises were not kept. When I phoned to follow up, Mr. Caselle pretended that there was a problem with the phone line. He hung up on me, and did not phone me back. I phoned again and was put on hold for 10-15 minutes before someone answered. It was Mr. Gatto who laughed in my ear about my complaint. Then he did the same as his colleague, Mr. Caselle. He hung up the phone and did not call me back. I can only add that the Team Leader, Mr. Valente, was kind and helpful and he apologized for the poor treatment that I received from his team.

Spart Euch das Geld! So viele Ausschlüsse und Selbstbehalt, da kann man die Reparatur gleich selber bezahlen! Bei einer Reparatur von Fr.600.- Fr.120.- bezahlt.

Immer wieder erstaunt wie schnell und unkompliziert die Schadenabwicklung verläuft. Wenn eine Garantie vorhanden ist und der Schaden der Deckungspolice entspricht, wird der Schaden sofort übernommen. Als Verkaufsgarage der Garantie muss man dem Kunden aber über mögliche Selbstbehalte oder Kostenbeiträge informieren, die im kleingedruckten stehen, damit es im Schadenfall nicht zu unangenehme Diskusionen führt. Quality 1 Top Versicherung!!
