Ordered on 11.02.2021 a handlebar riser, shown then “in stock”, after that changed to “backordered-available in 2-5 weeks”, and until today, 11.04.2021 and after a couple of e-mails and messages in facebook and instagram page, still no answer!! Paid 229 for that and they don’t answer the messages. Totally unprofessional.

I see a lot of reviews saying that the communication with the shop is great. I had the opposite experience. On the 26th of August I asked them on Instagram if they have a certain headlight in stock. They responded that they have it and that I will receive it in the next 14 days. So I placed the order and payed for the headlight. After 14 days the package was still not shipped (I didn't receive any email) so I decided to write again on Instagram. No reply. After another 2 days another message. No reply. The next Monday another message. No reply. Decided to write an email. No reply. The next day I called them 3 times. No answer. So I decided to ask for my money back. 10 minutes after that I received a message that the refund had been processes, as if they waited for me asking for a refund...

they claim to be a europe wide shop, hard to know how. they simply don't answer emails, calls or social media messages. I'm waiting for an order since 2 nearly months...I couldn't get any kind of response. Great lack of professionality

Its being a month now im waiting for my order to come. It was never shipped. Ive tried calling, email, social media. They answered once that next week my order will be shipped. 2 weeks now passed and they never shipped my order. Trying to get a refund from my bank.

Je crois qu'ils m'avaient oublié :/ J'ai effectué une commande d'un produit en stock, mais depuis presque 15 jours, aucune nouvelle, le statut était toujours NON TRAITE de leur part. La communication a été difficile. Ils ne répondaient ni au téléphone ni au mail via le site, j'ai eu de la chance de trouver un mail plus direct et là j'ai eu une réponse quelque-peu évasive qui m'a plutôt fait penser à un oublie d'envoie.. Donc pas possible de mettre une note supérieure car j'ai bien peur que j'aurais pu attendre encore longtemps si je n'avais pas trouvé ce moyen......
