They has a majority of parts I need but unfortunately I can find a much cheaper on Amazon Prime and nine times out of 10 I go that route unless it's an emergency then I have to go to like Auto Zone
Went in did my shopping and went to the counter, was standing there for 10 minutes waiting forvthebguys to quit chatting g in back and come check me out so finally a guy comes fro. The back sees me standing g at the counter counting out my money ready to check out just then another customer was on his way up to the counter he was still barely out of the aisle while I'm standing at the counter 10 mi Tues already the guy co.es from behind the counter looks at mid passes me up and tells the other customer I'll take that from You sir, so needless to say I shoved my products off the counter and left and told the guy that did this, how inconsiderate and rude it was to do that and then said I'll never shop at auto zone again in bucket, because I felt it was because they were both Hispanic, but regardless of th eff reason, eurozone will not be my 1st, or even 4th choice, I'm not ever going into this auto zone again. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened there to me and by god, it's not gunna be a third, even 1 star is too much, this guy was just straight out rude and saw me there but planned on helping others b4 me, wen I had clearly been there waiting for him to stop chatting in back so again, maybe the owner can take a few weeks or some of his profits from the store and pay for some training g for all the employees how to handle customer service I've been going to orielys and never have I been so treated like I was just a peice of sh%#, well they have definitely lost my bizz for ever, I'll not step foot in there ever again....sad to because I'm in there at least 2 times a week, thanks for reading and unless u wunna feel disrespected I would avoid the store......sad the world is actually like this too
Went out to get my battery check out see if I need it a new one or if it was my altenator so the guy check everything and said that my battery was done so he said my altenator was good so in reality my alternator was out instead of my battery now Iam stuck with a new battery now I gatta buy a new altenator they really do not help at all
Love this place, they give me all the attention that I need to fix my car and more.
