My 1st time. A little on high price side but delicious. Haven't had a sub taste as good in a while. Service was excellent and very pleasant.

We have never had a problem with the Surprise location, and I had just noticed today that there was now a closer location to us. My husband went in a little towards closing to order and pick up two subs. Call me a B word if you want.... but you don’t ever give a sub to a customer that is hard/old. We ordered two cold subs, the bread is not toasted... it should in no way be hard. It ruins the whole sandwich. Customer service is the biggest thing in this industry. If you reach for the bread and feel that it’s hard, be honest and throw it out. Go out of your way to make the customer happy, just because someone comes in at or around closing time doesn’t mean you give them the bottom of the barrel. It takes one time to mess something good up and a customer doesn’t return. We love Jersey Mikes.... but the buckeye location needs to get it together.
The bread, meats, cheeses, and toppings have always tasted fresh. They have wonderful rootbeer and cream soda, so if your a fan of either of those flavors, it's a must. You can get them from the fountain, or in a can, which is a little pricier, but im sure worth it. My wife would be happy if I brought Jersey Mike's home every single night. My only suggestion, or critique is ordering inside seems to be above my pay grade. I only order online now, as things are done their own way when it comes to telling the cool person behind the counter what I want and how I want it.
We placed an order online and when we came to the store they added our bottled beverages to the bag. I had access to a cold refrigerator for drinks but was given warm drinks in my to go bag. Also, the Parmesan bread was nothing like what I normally experience at a Jersey Mike's.
I came in tonight (11/25- closing crew) at the last minute before close and I’m so grateful we chose to go here for dinner tonight. Not only was the food delicious but the customer service was absolutely top notch. I was asked by two different employees if I had a hard day, and that I looked really tired. I explained that my two year old is sick and I was up all night with her the night before. They apologized for her being sick and hoped that she would start feeling better soon. To have employees that see someone, rundown and ask how they are doing is such a sweet gesture. You can tell they care about people and were interested in making small talk with me while they cooked my food and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, even though I came in at the last minute. Then, one of the men asked me if I liked brownies or cookies more and when I left they put a brownie in my bag to help with my day. Management- PLEASE make sure these employees know that they are doing a great job. You are lucky to have such awesome kids working for you and they deserve a pat on the back. I know the gesture might seem small but to me it helped me feel so much better after a long, hard day.
I love Jersey Mike's and I know this just opened but the team still needs training and time to make sandwiches correctly and at a decent speed. Certain toppings were missing from my sandwich and I specifically purchased a fountain drink for the root beer. The color of the root beer was good but clearly low on syrup. Its hard to mess up root beer but could only taste the carbonated water.
I placed my order online and when I got home with my order I was missing a sandwich and another sandwich was made wrong. I called and the lady on the phone was making excuses actually said it's only missing lettuce, actually it was missing more. She than offered me a credit for the missing sandwich to use at a later date.I explained that someone wouldn't be eating if I did that, so she made me bring the whole order back to the store. When I got there I was treated rudely and they reluctantly remade the sandwiches. I will not be going back which is disappointing because I have enjoyed the sandwiches in the past. Unfortunately I refuse to be treated poorly spending that kind of money for subs.
Jersey Mikes has only been open for a short time but the staff and the quality of food are excellent. The restaurant is clean and the food is always delicious.
