Jaylen was prepared for our 5:00 appointment. Very knowledgeable about the service he was providing and courteous to work with. He made our visit pleasant. Right now it’s very hard to get good customer service, but he knocked it out of the ballpark and you could tell it was his true nature. My husband got me the iPhone 12 promax for my birthday, and before we left Jaylen even wished me a Happy Birthday. We will definitely be going to Jay for all our cell phone needs. My son and I arrived at 6:00pm and were never greeted or acknowledged by the rep. He spent all his time with one customer. We waited over 45 minutes just standing and finally just left. If he had taken a few minutes just to greet us it would have made a difference. The worse experience ever and this is my cell phone network of choice.

The young man helping us was very cordial, however, we waited a literal 6 hours to change carriers. We arrived at 2, and we're still here at 8 after close. Please either hire more managers, or have more staff on. 6 hours is a ridiculous wait for anything.

Today I returned to the Verizon store in Verrado in Buckeye to have them install a liquid glass screen protector for my new Samsung Galaxy S205G. I had them do the same for my previous phone as well and it protected my screen perfectly. Their sales associate was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for you future cell phone needs.
