Reasonable wait time for service bay. Fast efficient installation. Extremely courteous staff and service personnel. Price was lower than competition for same tire that had to be ordered. Tire delivery delay same for both shops.

I came to Buckhannon Discount Tire seeking a simple light replacement, wiper replacement, a squeaky belt looked at, and a slightly detached bumper. None of these were resolved. I was told my lights were in working order - if you see the photo there’s quite clearly a HOLE where the light is supposed to be. I understand they don’t do body work - no problem. But I was also told my power steering was the issue instead of my belt which was incredibly incorrect. My recommendation: come here for an inspection and nothing else. If you want your car fixed, go elsewhere.

Amazing place! I was referred here by a colleague after moving to the area. The main gentleman in the garage I worked with was tall, lanky, and wearing a black cap. Very professional.
