Only fair to put up for customers. Over 2 hours late removal when booked for a specific time, making customers wait. Damaged goods which meant a refund that does not reflect the damage, clearly unfair damage policy. 2 stars awarded for the Men in the Van who are friendly. Hopefully KOT.LTD can improve for future customers.
