Tom was great. Buckingham returned my call within 2hrs, and I had a tech (Tom) in my house before the end of the day. He knew immediately what was wrong with my Samsung freezer and ordered the part which came in a week. Paid after it was all done by e-transfer. Easiest repair ever - knowledgeable, professional and fast. Thanks!

Excellent service , called in the afternoon, was here 1st thing next morning, fridge back to working by noon. Cost was very reasonable considering 1/2 hr drive to here. thank you.
They must be the best in town as when I called on Monday I was told they would get to me this week. Husband called to see what day as we have appointments and was told that there were 50 people ahead of us. My husband asked why she hadn't told us this when we called. She was was not impressed that we called and informed him he wouldn't be able to get anyone faster then that. I'm fine with they are busy but it would've been nice to have known they were looking at at least two to three weeks before they could even look at my washer.
Way too expensive. Better buy a new one. Close to 100 to just check it out for you and not doing any repair at all.
During covid-19, my refrigerator started making a weird noise. I called every refrigerator repair company in my area. None were available for several weeks. Buckingham made an accommodation within a few days. Super quick, no nonsense, excellent, & professional service. Highly recommended!

Awesome service!! Didn't take the time to write a review when he fixed our fridge, then he was back and fixed our oven and now while looking up their number my wife and I were equally impressed and hope he can buy us some time on the washer ..lol thanks for always answering the call!haha
