This company truly cares about their customers whether you’re a new customer or have been with them for years. We are first time home buyers and only had to fill up our oil tank once and the company we previously used left us high and dry with no call back for oil this time. Bucks run oil saved us from running out of oil and put us on the priority list to help accommodate us. I’m so happy to work with a company that provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Words cannot describe how much of a pleasure it is to work with BRO! Very seldom do I look forward to calling/working with service providers. Unlike almost all companies that service the lehigh valley. This company is actually locally owned and operated in the Lehigh valley. The atmosphere between the customer service from the initial phone call, to the service technicians & the owner himself is amazing! Everyone is very respectful and thinks very highly of each other. Hands down the best home heating oil, on/off road diesel, and hvac service company in the area. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area(s) that BRO services.
