As I'm waiting for my pizza I seen a staff member go to the bathroom and come out without washing their hands and went back working on the pizzas. I quit going for a while but it seems to be better so far.

The pizza was barely warm and old and dry.

Food was good. It was Saturday and there were no hot and ready pizzas. Probably understaffed as I did not see a lot of employees. The cashier didn't seem very tuned in to what she was doing.
