I'd been thinking about getting a new car for a while, one with a stellar IIHS rating, and decided on the Subaru Forester. I searched dealer websites from Portland to the coast and found the one I wanted at Bud Clary. I worked with Andy Bonnington from test drive through financing and the handover of the keys. He answered all my questions, explained all the financing options, and even returned my rental car to the local rental agency. Andy made the whole process easy.

Great place to buy and service a car. Too bad that due to the COVID-19 you have to stay and wait or get someone to pick you up. I was surprised/disappointed that it took an hour and a half to do the routine services. It was a scheduled appointment and nothing but the routine oil change etc so I don’t understand why it took so long.

Mitchell was an outstanding young man to do business with! Not pushy in any way and had all the paperwork finished before I arrived. The car I purchased was one we had previously talked about and was exactly perfect! I had not bought a in 20 yrs. and he made a "not fun" experience more than tolerable! thanks again Mitchell!!! :)

Great service awesome work. Looks as good as brand new. Can't believe it but it drives way better even though all they did was replace a wheel . It drives like a new vehicle. They got it done when they said they would, and for their price that they estimated it at. Used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future if I need them.

Went in for an oil pan gasket replacement. The guys were quick and efficient and super friendly they even washed my truck when they were done. Definitely recommend Bud Clary.
