Great Price! Fast and friendly service. Landscape mix had some clumps that make it hard to rake -- this is not a complaint, just a warning. If you don't want to deal with clumps, you probably need to step up to a higher grade of soil. I didn't give it five stars because I need to see how well the grass that I installed over it does. It's hard to tell at this point if it's a good product or not. So this rating may go up.

Decided on a garden in early spring of last year and after building it I realized I couldn't find the amount of correct soil I needed at any of the chain places here. One google search led me here. One phone call later and \The Dirt Girl\ had me lined out with 10 yards (might have been 12 on a 20'x10'x24\ bed) of Pro Mix. To top that off they had it delivered and sitting in my driveway within a couple days. Things were going great but I had a hard time getting my seedlings to get established (I failed to read the instructions). Never the less we had a decent crop and believe it or not we have beets ad kale that survived the winter and are providing amazing greens daily. This year I amended the soil with 100lbs of peat moss to break it up a bit and built two more 4'x4'x18\ beds (I'd have build more but the spouse likes the yard grass). I connected with an heirloom seed company and started my primary plants indoors under a grow light. I now have approx. 200 plants in the primary bed that I planted and a little army of stuff that came up from seed from last year. Heck I even have carrots interspersed in there all over the place from last years seeds that got kicked around when I amended it. Can't say enough good things about the product or the people. When I called in a few months ago asking if I needed more soil as mine has settled I could have easily been sold another 4-6 yards. I was informed that the soil shouldn't need any additions other than an amendment to \fluff\ it a bit. Advanced Organic cares more about customer satisfaction than the bottom line. Purchased 12 yds of Dillo Dirt for my yard - they helped me calculate since I knew lot size and details. ALL the neighbors are envious. They provided a high quality product. Sorry didn't take before pics but here's 1 month later. I have a high clay base soil. Was really weak grass coverage. Tons of crab grass mixed in. Now the St. Augustine is taking over and full. Be ready to have to mow often when you apply. My timing was perfect for rain to help mix in.
