Candle wood Suites is nice. Clean rooms, friendly people and, best of all, dog friendly. But the elevator feels like eh seventh level of hell. Plus if you push the button and it’s already on your floor you need to go play the lotto because you just got a 1:10000000 shot.

We were visiting Buda, TX for a friend's birthday party, when we were about to get ready for it, the hotel lights went out. We called the front desk about it, they said they were working on it. It was frustrating to call a friend who called a friend to let us get ready at their home, well, more embarrassing than anything. We got this hotel because it is 3 minutes away from our destination but we ended up driving 20 minutes away from it to take care of our stuff. Then the next morning we tried to make coffee before leaving, there was no coffee pot, nor cups I'm not sure if we supposed to bring all of that on our own. Other than that, the rooms are ok and the beds are comfortable.
Nice comfy queen suite. Pros: Comfy and clean bed, pillows, and bedding. Full stocked mini kitchen. No issues with A/C or TV working. Good location. The room and kitchen, as well as hotel, seems clean. Has a laundry facility, gym, and pool. No breakfast is served due to this being an extended stay location. Cons: The room had a very unpleasant smell. It was a non smoking room but smelled like it had been smoked in mixed with some other unpleasant smell. The doors security lock didn't work. The fridge made a consistent tapping noise. The bathroom light would randomly turn on and off and seemed like one of the bulbs kept flickering. No lock on the bathroom door (it was broke off, missing the button). The bathroom was the main area of concern for us as it has what looks like blood drops above the light and mirror. Walls could definitely use some cleaning in there. We would definitely stay again and recommend. I would just suggest, like many hotels, the walls should be cleaned as well as anything else in the room.
After having a NIGHTMARE of an experience at another hotel I booked this one and I LOVE IT. The hotel smells amazing, looks great; Very clean and modern. They offer free laundry services as well as a gym, free coffee and tea and a "mini store" you can buy miscellaneous items you might need. The suites ate equipped with a full kitchen, dishes and all the necessary components of a kitchen. The rooms are a comfortable size and I love the bathroom setup as well.
A very nice and spacious layout on this hotel, with an outdoor pool and covered outdoor area with tables for lounging. Service is very professional and friendly. The fitness room and laundry facilities are both larger than I typically see, and rooms are simple in design, but packed with all the amenities you'll want for a comfortable extended stay.
No complaints my boyfriend and i stayed a night here and it was very cozy had everything you need and more, plus pet friendly.. Just wish we knew about it sooner..
Very loud, roaches (have picture) Over paid for the two nights we stayed Since they allow animals dogs were there and barking and whining.
room was spacious, price was incredible, hotel was clean & accommodating, staff was friendly. it was a great place to stay
