Just got a Nellie Stevens Holly planted by Moon Valley Nursery! Big thanks to Justin and his hard working crew for removing the dead blueberry tree and replacing it with the new Holly. The guys were very efficient and got the new tree planted perfectly in less than one hour. We are pretty happy with how the new tree turned out. Besides the great customer service and their awesome selection of healthy trees, they are one of the few nurseries that offer the extended warranty on trees in case of severe frost/freeze damage (like the one we just had in Feb of this year). I definitely recommend Moon Valley Nursery.

I was excited to look around at first. Hard to tell what the prices are since nothing really has a price tag on them. I saw one person that worked there but they were not very helpful. There were some other people that pulled up after me and were serviced before me. I put the plants I wanted back and did not purchase. I noticed the other people that pulled up after me were greeted right away and not once did a worker come up to me. Would not recommend.
I could not be more pleased with my experience with Moon Valley Nurseries. The final decisions were made and trees picked out last Saturday. It is now 3 days later and the trees are in the ground in my backyard and I can't stop staring at them. I went with a DB Blanchard Magnolia and a Hong Kong Orchid as I wanted flowering trees to compliment the landscape and overall experience. The gentleman I worked with on tree selection was extremely patient and knowledgeable which made for a great experience. The team that installed the trees this morning was led by Justin Dugas. I work in Customer Service and cannot say enough great things about these 3 guys. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and great to interact with. We are planning to add 3 more trees to the front of our property in the Spring and I'm completely looking forward to working with Moon Valley again on that project.
I don’t write many reviews, but these guys definitely deserved one! I recently started to landscape my backyard. I looked online originally and found Moon Valley Nursery. I went down to look around. Barron, who is a manger, helped me plan and schedule my backyard delivery & install. I am now on my 3rd install. The exceptional part of the experience was the crew they sent to my house. These guys were professional from the first phone call giving me a 30 minute notice of their arrival. They called again right before arriving. There was 5 guys total: Cody, Serg, Noah, Ed, and Tomas. They were extremely helpful. Everyone of them was polite, courteous , and professional. They communicated with me about how I wanted everything planted. They cleaned everything up and left it looking great! I definitely recommend to everyone!
Worst nursery ever! If I could I would give negative stars. The sales staff all white people completely ignored me but ask white people right next to me if they needed help . When I walked over to the office for a price the white guy lied to my face he just quoted a lower price to a white couple. Avoid this place if you want homest service and fair treatment for all customers
It was a pleasure to work with New Valley Nurseries in Buda, Tx. From walking through the nursery with a professional and getting all the information we needed to purchase palm trees in this area, to purchasing, delivery and planting of those palm trees was a very pleasant experience. Everyone involved was so nice and professional. They went over and above to help us create the tropical oasis we desire. In fact while planting the first two palms they gave us ideas on other palm placement so we bought another one right then and there. It was delivered the next week We will definitely be back to finish out our tropical landscaping. Thanks New Valley Nurseries for such a wonderful experience!
Was at the nursery for an hour and a half wanting to purchase 3 bushes. Couldnt find anyone to help me. In fact someone else asked if i worked there because they were having a similar issue. When i finally found someone, they wanted to help the people that got to the office after me instead of helping me. Was super excited to get something more unique than corporate stores but i guess the people behind me looked like they were going to spend more money than me. Wouldnt have botherrd to leave a review otherwise
Very helpful in finding what i needed. Staff also helped me load everything. Super fun experience.
