Talk about coming through when the chips were down... Jesse, the service manager, and his team came through when my VNL Volvo went down...ON A WEEKEND NONE THE LESS. His ability to help me out cannot be explained easily. So I will say this ... anyone that has ever had a tractor worked on ... you will be hard to find a service shop that was as proactive as he was to get me in and out all the while making it turnkey!!! Thanks again Jesse... keep doing what you are doing!!!

Top notch facility. Very professional, courteous and fast. Got me in and fixed within hours. Has a nice drivers lounge, kitchen even showers. I asked if there was food within walking distance and they got a shuttle driver to take me for a food run. Guy wouldn't even accept a tip. Highly recommend

If I could give this scam of a company 0 stars I would. They do not like to return items and will charge you a restocking fee (Air compressor) of 250 that your not informed of before you purchase the product and on another separate occasion a Van Guard associate ordered an incorrect part for me a (DOC) and billed my card that should not have ever been saved on file for 3800 while I was on a trip in Miami, Fl. When I called management the same day they informed me they’d passed it to the IT team. When they refused to acknowledge or respond to me regarding the illegitimate transaction I passed it to my bank. When the bank found they did not have adequate evidence to make the transaction they refunded me. As a result I’m no longer allowed to purchase products from them or be on there property, wow that serious! Buy large parts with caution. You’ve been warned

Our semi Volvo had a transmission problem. We were nearly about to get towed. We came to this place and there was a specialist Alex, who took a short look at our truck and in a couple of minutes we were good to go. Thank you very much appreciated
