I went to get a ring downsized. The result is pretty good and the price for the work matched their online price list and what I had been quoted when I bought the ring in. However, I was told it would have taken 5 to 10 working days, when in reality it took four times as much if we consider the lower estimate and more than twice if we consider the higher one. So much I had the wait, that I got worried about my ring. Also, when I enquired about the reason why it took so long for the repair, I was answered with a shrug by the shop assistant, who berely said a word. I wouldn't bring any other piece for repair in here.

Az eljegyzési gyűrűt és a karika gyűrűket is a Brillancy ékszernél rendeltem meg - nagyon segítőkészek, az eladó hölgyek türelmét ezúton is köszönöm:) Időben elkészültek az ékszerek, nagyon elégedettek vagyunk! Feleségem karika gyűrűjét is gyorsan szűkebbre tudták venni, csak ajánlani tudom.
