Best breakfast in Budapest. Nothing else can compare. Super friendly staff. Good prices. Wonderful food. Clean and nice. Sandwiches are absolutely awesome. Lots of taste and large portions. Ask for bread and the home mase jam for starter. It is so good.

Fantastic food. And great service. Snails to die for. Visiting Budapest for the third time to have this dish. Three stars because there is no clarity on where the tip or service charge goes. The owners might be greedy and taking tips from the already underpaid staff. Just ask to remove the service charge and give the server cash instead.

Very well presented, flavourful and delicious food. Excellent service if a bit pricey but it's a very tourist friendly restaurant so that's to be expected. We ordered the grilled mozzarella, paprika chicken sandwich and traditional village breakfast. The chicken sandwich was a bit difficult to eat as it's stacked precariously and the parts of proportioned differently from each other but it was delicious. The mozzarella, on the other hand, was perfectly balanced by the tomato sauce on the side but I only wish there was more sauce. (warning: if you don't like olives, you should tell the waiter because there are olives hidden in this) The village breakfast is a very hearty meal and definitely worth a try. It has everything from Hungarian eggs, to fries to sausages and toast. Overall, definitely worth a visit Edit: came back a second time and everything was just as good. This time, we had the French toast, omelette and goose liver sandwich

The atmosphere and the staffs are nice. Very clean and good qualified place. Prices are normal but exchange rate from HUF to EUR is not fair! Breakfast choices are enough and delicious. We ordered Hungarian breakfast without onion but we got it full of onion :) small detail but important i guess

Excellent food with excellent service. The interior is absolutely stunning. Eating in there is nothing short of royal. I had the tiger shrimp and was not disappointed.
