My partner and I went there for 2 nights for our anniversary which happened to be during the Christmas days. When we arrived the place looked completely abandoned - it was locked, there was nobody to open the door, nobody to pick up the phones in the website, a random guy going out of the building said that the reception is closed. Took us 40-45 minutes waiting just to get in (after driving for 12 hours...) Finally someone picked up the phone, she barely spoke English, The apartments looks nothing like the pictures - everything was old, reminded me of a student's dorm. The furniture looked like something my 80-years old grandmother would have in her apartment. There was no toilet paper, no trash bags and no towels. It was extremely hot and no way to adjust the temperature. Had to sleep with the windows open (at the end of December) We had payed for breakfast but there was none. There was nobody at the reception again, nobody to pick up the phones, so we went out and got breakfast at another place. At least they refunded us the money for the breakfast, but still... very disappointing.

Could use upgrades. My room was quite dark. The front desk was friendly but there is a strange vibe here.

I booked a room in DnD apartments for 2 nights. Unfortunately the room's condition was terrible. It was very dirty and I found a lot of hair and trash in the bed!!! The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean as well! A manager declined my request to change the room so I had to move to another hotel. Furthermore the pictures of the rooms on the Internet do not correspond to the reality! Very disappointing!
Apartments are spacious, nice. A lot of windows gives you a lot of natural light. There is not enough electrical outlets, and the water in bathroom is very hard to adjust. Suprisingly a noise from the street is big.
Nice rooms, but extremely overheated, needed to have windows open all time, what was a huge waste. No toilet paper in bathroom, rooms were cleaned up very poorly. Dark corridors without any automatic lights nor lighting switches to find them, needed to use cellphone light to navigate to the room.
The neighborhood is quiet and having Mammut so close(within 510 mins walk) isn't bad either. The landlord is super nice and a great help.
Are you kidding me?! This Apartment hotel stay was terrible! On the first day we moved into this apartment hotel we were checking into a room and I'm sure that the managers didn't even check if the room was okay. This is because the light wasn't working. Even if they replaced it so we moved to another room. We weren't so angry yet. After that we found out that they didn't provide us with necessary needs that an apartment hotel should provide us. Ex: No providing for tissue paper, no providing for towels, much more. This was not all. This apartment hotel allowed one cleaning session for free each week. But guess what they didn't even clean our room. In fact they didn't. They kept on saying we are coming we are coming. But they never cleaned our room and they just got away with it. Also there were a lot of freaking kids that were slamming doors and going crazy at midnight and it was so loud! Can't you guys just put like at least a bit of soundproof walls?! we could hear literally everything they spoke!! Finally (but there's much more it's just that there are too much to list) we noticed that our washing machine wasn't working so we asked for help. Well the manager came in and checked and said it is working so we tried again. Guess what it didn't work in fact we asked the manager to call the company to change the washing machine. After like a week or two after we asked for the change they changed the washing machine. And it was after a week or two! Overall I just can't recommend this apartment hotel. The experience for staying here was literally hell. To anyone that is going to book here I want to just tell you to be aware that their service is terrible.
