I’ve only been to two Downdog studios (Blaha and Octagon) and this is the smaller of the two. I’ve only gone to classes that offer “Hungarian/English “ and about 90% is in Hungarian and 10% is translated so I could follow along. The teachers are friendly. Mats are provided but they are super thin so bring your own mat if you need cushion.

Minőségi jóga oktatás a 7. kerületben a Blaha Lujza térhez közel. Nagyon jók az óra tartó tanárok. A hatha jógát és gerincjógát is ajánlom mindenkinek.
