I tried calling them to book an appointment. Nobody picked up until 10:25 (opening time was 10:00). When I finally got to talk to someone, I asked if it's possible to get an appointment (in short time). Answer was \No\ and they hung up. I couldn't even ask for a better time :D But alright, if that's how You do business :)

Good service, friendly staff. They have candies for those who need sugar. Súper fast and pianless.
They were very professional and went out of their way for my piercing. I went there for a tragus piercing, wanting gold colored titanium piercing jewelery. I was emailing with them about this and they were very prompt with responding. They informed me that they only had silver colored jewelery, and ordered me gold colored titanium for the next day. Amazingly nice, highly recommend.
I visited Magic Tattoo Shop to ask for 3 ear piercings in June, 2020. The team is flexible, the parlour is sparkling clean; and my piercer, Any was pro queen goddess of putting in all the three piercings in 30 seconds after sterilizing :) I got all the essential information about the after care as well.
