I bought 2 games here: Triforce Heroes and Black Ops 2. First off, I really enjoy both games. And secondly, the guy here was really nice and helped me out very well. I prefer this store over any other in Budapest.

Updating review. Do not buy anything which is high priced (eg consol, accessory) since there customer service is non-existant. No replies to emails or pick up the phone. There are many other gameshops in the close vicinity and have cheaper or similar prices. Two star is for some good deals,however, with zero customer facing team that means go for cheap and sure products.

Kritikàn aluli! Egyeztetés utàn elveszett a rendelésem és nem kaptam meg a rendelt terméket mikor bementem érte! Akciós termék volt, teljes àron akartàk odaadni. Mondtam úgy nem szeretném nem így rendeltem! Kérdeztem mit lehet ilyen esetben tenni? A sràc csak annyit mondott ő nem tud semmit, nem tehet semmit, nem volt akkor ott! Vicc! Kommunikàció 0 segítőkészség szintén 0. Nem baj, soha többet még a közelébe se! Megbízhatatlanok! Gyorsan megrendeltem màshonnan, mert ugye ajàndéknak szàntam és még aznap àt is tudtam venni az akciós àron. (Na ő előttük le a kalappal) csak oda fogunk ezek utàn jàrni!

Jótállást, garanciális ügyintézést mellőzzük, úgyis visszaírja a disztribútor, hogy te okoztad a kárt.. Szívesen segítek nektek, hogy kell az ilyen esetet kezelni. Ha van egy ember, aki vett egy terméket, azt szerette és őrizte, majd elromlik, akkor fogjátok magatokat és felveszitek a jegyzőkönyvet és megnézitek ti, majd a gyártó, hogy gyártási hibás termékről van-e szó vagy a nem rendeltetésszerű használat miatt romlott el. Nem bonyolult és mindenki boldogan távozik.
