We went there without making the reservation. Staff found us an inside table and he immediately told us that they accepted only cash ! In the menu shows 4 languages and many different dishes. Food were also quick but when we were having the starters not yet finished. A staff came to serve us the main course already with unfriendly face. (What a manner!)

Delicious food and lively atmosphere, even made a humble cucumber yummy. - just make sure you have cash. Or you will be sent to the cash point :-)

Amazing restaurant close to the bridge of Margaret's Island in Budapest. Amazing food and affordable prices even for students. The service was fast and even though it was crowded. The waitress was fast, nice and was speaking in English. The atmosphere was close to Hungarian traditional restaurant but modern at the same time. Definitely I will go again!

One of the best small retaurants near the city center of Budapest. Excellent quality, tasty dishes, fast and kind service, affordable prices, good portions. The menu contains traditional Hungarian dishes and some of the Jewish cuisine as well.

Food was fantastic. Prices were reasonable too. The Hungary beer they offer was really light and great to go with meat dishes. The dishes were not too salty and really unique. I've not eaten Hungarian cuisine before so I've no other benchmark but based on taste alone, they are a winner. We ordered Beef Goulash, Pork Chop, Cabbage wrapped pork, beer and ice tea. This just set us back 1700 only.

If you're looking for eating typical hungarian food in Budapest, that is a very good place to go. It is frequented mainly by Hungarians, so the plates are made for the local taste, so they're different of the ones adapted for tourists. The food is really good, and the portions are big!! It worth the try!

They usually don't charge 10% service cost but as they noticed we spoke in English they added that to the bill. Felt strange.. But yeah, a place locals visit to eat. Can feel a local vibe there, big portions. Good goulash.

Very good food, very very decent price, cost about around 50% off what you pay in other EU countries, but their services a little off standards for foreigners
