I’ve always desired an Indonesian restaurant in Budapest and now we finally have one and it’s absolutely fantastic. The food is truly authentic full of taste and resembles Indonesia. Tried the Sate and Rendang and as an Asian food lover was impressed. The rice comes with the dishes and is of superior quality. After expressing my satisfaction I got “spek koek” - a typical Indonesian sweet cake we have back in Amsterdam on the house. Owner and staff are super friendly and even speak Dutch. Couldn’t recommend more, you got to try this as it’s really unique in Budapest.

Nice place to feel Indonesia
Super cozy and very tastefully decorated restaurant which I believe the only traditional Indonesian place that serves such authentic meals in town. The dishes might be somewhat strange for someone who is not used to these flavours and textures but worth trying!
