Saint Stephen King, in Hungarian Szent István Király, the first king of Hungary, the first Saint of Hungary, the Saint protector of Hungary and the founder of the nation. His name at birth by the way was Vajk. One of the most beautiful statues of the city, I think.
This is a good place to take photo. You can take photo with beautiful scenery from the castle.
Best part for me is to watch the Budapest at night from this place. My suggestion is to go here after 5 evening. U can get the panoramic view of the whole city in lights.!!
Beautiful statue of St. Sebastian right outside the Matthias church. This spot offers great views of the river and the city. This statue is not explicitly lit up in the night and therefore is better to see during the day.
Great statue of the first King of Hungary mounted on a horse, ruling around 1000-1038 AD. The pedestal is futures episodes of King's life. It is a great spot for overview of Matthias Church as welk as panoramic view of Budapest, especially at night.
Beautiful historical monument, nice spot for memorial photos, usually crowded enough.
Very nice statue, one more thing for you to visit Bastion.
