Considering the rating I was afraid to eat here but given that it's very close to where I happen to stay I gave it a shot thinking it couldn't be that bad Well, it's definitely not a place I would recommend, many others in Budapest serve significantly superior food. That being said the ribs I had were quite good , albeit a bit too salty and the mushroom soup was clearly above average with fresh ingredients They don't have any beer on tap and they include a 12% service fee Card payment is possible. Service was decent, waiters are quite old, but friendly enough. Menu is in several languages and there is ample space both inside and outside, although outside it is a bit noisy

It was a nice and traditional place to have Hungarian dishes. The dishes are tasty with affordable prices. It is nice that they come well presented. The staff are nice, maybe a bit stressed with big groups. The tea is delicious.

Nice atmosphere, violin playing band in the background and regular performances by dancers every so often. The male dancer is pretty impressive for his age. Our waiter was really kind and nice however could not be said for all. Really good food, recommend the goulash and pork. Bill includes compulsory 12% tip.

Taste of Hungary, traditional meals, everything was excellent, starting with Palinka (plums, strawberry and cherry).I will recommend!

Nice restaurant. U can find the fish soup here with reasonable prices ( 5-6) and it's pretty delicious. Near Green Bridge, use tram 19 or 41. Friendly staffs, lovely space. A cozy Hungarian restaurant.
