When it comes to small town like Budaun, hotel LA is above expectations. The staff is well behaved, room service is upto the mark and the comfort of room is worth staying. Room is clean and tidy and so is the washroom. Although located on a busy street yet you can park your vehicles in front of the hotel or nearby.

I stayed in this hotel for 15 days of course it was a sponsored stay, still I need to highlight a few things. Goods 1. Chef is awesome,best chicken in the town probably best in Bareilly region. Try anything non-veg from tandoor and you’ll just love it. 2.reception and house-keeping guys are always ready to help. 3.the parking space in front is not enough but there is always someone there to assist you. Bads 1. They Have many goods and a single person to ruin them all and wash them down the gutter. Could you believe a hotel of this stature gives you response that there are no tissue papers left This self proclaimed right hand of manager pokes his nose in all affairs of guests and ensures that they always lack of something.took away electric kettle of my room on the pretext of getting it repaired although it was working well. Be it dental kit shaving kit soap or shampoo provided complimentary by hotel. I didn’t needed any of this as I was travelling prepared for a 15 day stay but still such cheap mentality not expected. Hotel relies too much on him. On weekends he is the receptionist too Attends calls, listens to complaints which he has no intention of solving.

Food quality was not good. No taste at all. Looks like they are cheating the customers.
Nice place to stay in Badaun, good value for money.
Hotel is ok, but basic facilities like water , you have to carry yourself from outside, they will not provide you. I will rather simply say that it is not a customer friendly hotel, will not recommend this to any one.
