I have now bought one vehicle and leased one vehicle from Johnson Dodge and I would like to say that my experience could be better. I felt as though once they sold me and leased me a vehicle they no longer treated me as a customer after that. I tried to trade in my lease early to get another Dodge Durango to replace my Jeep Cherokee because I liked the vehicle so much but the sales representative told me that there was nothing they could do for me. So as a result of this I went to a Ford dealership and they bought out my lease while still letting me finish out the lease term and were able to get me into a new Ford Explorer for an affordable monthly payment. What I would recommend to Johnson Dodge is that they should improve their after sales experience and treat their loyal customers better then I have been treated.

Best dealership experience we’ve had yet! I kid you not, the entire purchase took is 2 1/2 hours, and 45 minutes of that was waiting for my insurance agent to figure out how to add a vehicle to my plan. Matt was great, the whole process was easy and painless. We kept within our budget, the truck we got is beautiful. Matt checked in with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Normally we absolutely dread making a new purchase and have to mentally prepare for an entire day at the dealer. Next time we need to buy we know where we’ll be going.
