I hear this is an exceptionally unprofessional PO. I have almost always received nothing but rudeness when coming here and the office it appears just steals or loses your important mail. It doesn't seem it is the mail carrier himself but the people at the actual office. I hear of people that never receive their important IRS mail, work related and court related mail. They all need to be fired and replaced. But i suppose like all federally run organizations they are overpaid and encouraged to behave in an unprofessional and petty manner.

This place steels your packages and are very rude.. like annoyed when you asking them a questions or bring up a concern like a package not getting to it's destination.

Just left this post office after being treated rudely and disrespectfully by the 2 associates working there. We were 10 minutes late for a passport renewal and waited 10 minutes for someone to come out to help us only to be told that we would need to reschedule our appointment because we were not on time. There was only one other customer there but we were told they were too busy. I nicely asked If we could come back next Friday only to be told NO, that’s not my job to schedule appointments.

Use this location all the time. Staff is friendly and efficient. My regular postal worker is fantastic. But in two occasions packages was delivered to the wrong address. One person returned one to me and the other is still missing in action. The manager tried to figure out what went wrong but Amazon rectified the situation by sending out new packages via a different carrier. Overall, the service here is great.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with, my packages are always being sent to another home. I never received them on a timely matter and I always have to wait until the next working day to resolve the issue.

Woman at the front desk on 6/9/16 is the absolute worst. Rude, unhelpful, miserable person. I asked asimpl questions and was given quick, condescending answers. This is not my usual post office and I will never go again. Go the extra miles to Allamuchy or Byram where they are pleasant and maybe smile once in a while. I hope she reads this... probably won't tho.

If there was an option to give no stars I would. Absolutely the worst post office I have ever seen. The people are miserable and obviously hate their job. Perhaps they are over worked or something. The place is dirty and smells. Instead of opening 5 minutes early they open 5 minutes late.
