I purchased a wetsuit and water shoes from here for my son and I would like to say a big thank you to the ladies that served me, they were very friendly and offered great advice regarding how to size them correctly as I hadn't purchased one before. The staff in the shop also seemed to be setting a great example in making sure that the shop was a safe environment for its customers by wearing facemasks, providing sanitizer and ensuring that their customers were abiding by social distancing, we visited some other shops in the town that didn't seem to bother.
Dreadful customer service from the two incredibly unhelpful ladies in there today. Won’t be going back.
First visit here was on 17th Dec to buy a couple of pairs of jeans. (2 pairs for 40 offer). Staff were really helpful and I came away thinking I’d found a gem of a shop. One pair worn and washed - the first time I’ve experienced shrinking jeans! The care label was 40 deg wash, they were washed at 30 deg so quite surprised. Took both pairs back to the shop today and showed the difference between the two similar pairs. Because I didn’t have the receipt, I was told nothing could be done, but my main concern was to make them aware of the problem. The Jeans are the RV brand - so other customers - make sure you get, and hang onto your receipt. (I paid by contactless, have the details on my phone, but didn’t have a paper receipt).
