If you phone them they are friendly and so helpful and finally the men that come to your home to deliver and install are super efficient and nice with it. Forget your big name retailers. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable opinions and non salesman type, Mike, Kathrine and the team are brilliant, after sales support there always available on the phone, used to buy my bits online or from Curry’s, but these guys beat them every time for all the above mentioned, I live in Bideford, but will drive to Bude to pick up items ordered from them, even in lockdown, there valued option on items has not disappointed, can’t recommend them enough !
