Terrible customer service, avoid these guys, Russell is rude and totally unhelpful. My son bought a 1 series BMW from these guys a while ago. When we picked it up, there was a faulty rear parking sensor, which they said they would repair. There were a few other issues we found as well. Car had to go back a couple of times, and the date they said they would return the car, we didn’t get the car back. They did eventually give my son a small payment once my wife spoke to one of the owners there, (who was great to deal with) who agreed it was only fair for the inconvenience. We also found a few more faults with the car. The radiator tank would empty within a few days of being topped up, and the left rear light did not fit correctly. Eventually, the leak was repaired, as was the parking sensor, and we asked about the light, they said it was fine and couldn’t find a problem. Now water has started to leak through into the boot. My wife spoke to Russell, who said they looked and couldn’t find a problem. We took it to a local garage, who told us that it had, what appeared to be a very badly done repair job in that area,. My wife spoke to Russell again, who basically said we are free to contact trading standards, but as it was now over 6 months since he bought the car, it’s not TYR Cars problem anymore. My wife asked to speak to someone else at the business, and he has refused. Not good at all to treat a customer like this, we obviously won’t buy from them again, and will tell others not to do so either. A very poor show of customer service
Great service and a great sales man in Tom. Very nice car. Still loving it and no problems.
