I have never had a pleasant experience in this intermaché. Expensive and the customer service is of poor quality. By customer service I mean the cash register attendants are always in a bad mood and don't even look you in the face, there's no professionalism in the matter of helping the customer or even to TRY to offer a good experience for the customer, also, the way of communicating with the customer tends to be rude. I don't know if it is lack of training or motivation, maybe both. It's a shame, the price plus the level of communication with the customer is not worth it.

Good wee place a supermarket with everything with a brilliant coffee shop when you go in, its lovely. Try it if you are on that neck of the woods you won't regret.

Pricey but nearest supermarket for alot of people. Great drinks section. Good fish section. Very handy well stocked shop.

This is the second week that only half of the washing machines are working... I had to wait over an hour just to use one. Also, BOTH cash machines are not working which means I couldn't even do a quick shop. I had a chicken baguette whist I was waiting and there was hardly anything in it... Some tiny bits of shredded chicken and a a sheet of lettuce for colour. What happened? This place used to be so handy!
