Call them Tuesday afternoon. Appointment made for Thursday morning. Arrived on time. Good friendly fitter. Hopefully not needed again but if I do will definitely use these guys. Will be recommending on taxi forums 5 star service and price.

Everything was fine when booking & paying & was really quite happy at this point. Date organised & agreed for the windscreen to be replaced. Then the fitter turned up today & needed my father's assistance to remove & then fit the windscreen. I was at work & unable to help. Then the fitter demanded 25 cash to replace the perished seals which I would have thought was included in the quoted full windscreen replacement. My wife explained she had no cash on her as was at home with a 6 month old. The Fitter became rude & aggressive & said he would send a link to pay & that she should pay, he would wait in the van until it was paid. She explained that the email used to book was mine so I would receive the link & pay but before I actually received the email to pay the 25 that was never included in the original quote my wife located some cash in the house she forget she had & went out to pay the rude fitter but he had driven away already. This resulted in me paying the extra 25 demanded by the link that was eventually sent. Can't help but think this extra payment was a bit of a con, if your unable to do a job with only one person, why not send two & definitely makes the whole experience a lot less sweet. Having spoke to the company directly they sorted the problem & refunded the 25 as a sign of goodwill, so I will use again if needed.

After lots of research, we decided to use Budget Windscreens. Well all I can say is they were fantastic. Truly patient too, I was emailing Steve asking lots of questions and he was great, really professional and answered all my questions and worries. The day arrived and the fitter called me with an ETA. When he arrived he was friendly and again reassuring. Truly pleased with the Windscreen, replaced like 4 like on a Fiat500. The price was awesome, service fantastic. Highly recommended and will definitely be telling friends and family if they need Windscreens/windows replace. Great quality, great workmanship and very professional. BUDGET WINDSCREENS A***

after being quoted over 420 from autoglass for a replacement windscreen for one of my HGV company vehicles, I had a feeling it was rather expensive seen as I used autoglass one month prior for the same model lorry same age ect and paid 100 less\u200d️. Decided against using them again looked around And found these beauty’s, “budget windscreens” gave them a call and not only was the quote 160 cheaper than autoglass but it was replaced on time no issues, very professional... I would definitely use these guys again and would 100 percent recommend this company.
