After a not so good experience with another vet we decided to try out this vet for a second opinion. About a week earlier another vet had told me my dog has a tumor. that is all not what kind, not it it is benign or cancerous just a tumor and they wanted to do surgery. I brought my dog here for a second opinion. Even through registration they were very thorough the registration asked me a ton of questions about my dog and then had me fill out a sheet as well. They came and got my dog promptly. They did his exam and then the vet called me and explained everything. They did a fine needle biopsy of the tumor and told me it was most likely benign, and where it came from and what they recommend Dr. Tannaz also took the time to answer all of my questions and told me to call her back for any more questions. She is also being very through with his surgery since he is 8 she is taking all necessary precautions like an EKG, and making sure he is healthy enough to undergo surgery. I will absolutely make this my vet. The vet even sent me a hand written welcome card after our visit.

Although I received scary news of my sweet Bella, the team at BVRAH reassured me that she will pull through it and focused on what mattered most. Dr. A is such a tender and natural animal handler. I will forever continue bring my fur friends to her facility. The best hands possible for your pets! BVRAH team are knowledgeable and very kind as well.

I would like to say thank you to the staff at Buena Vista Road. My dog has been going there forever, but three days ago he went to doggie heaven. EMERGENCY SURGERY NEEDED. I called several Hospital's. Talked to a woman at one of the AFFORDABLE places [thank you] and she told me about Buena Vista road hospital. My boy still both of his beautiful eyes. Thank you so very much. God bless you all.
