I was kept informed from my first phone call with Bob, until their on time arrival. The two workers had a great attitude. I was given an estimate prior to them starting. They cleaned up and we're on their way. Well worth the money. I have used 1-800-GOT- JUNK in the past and they have always proved to be a great value for the service you receive.

Two boys called me to let me know what time they would be here. They were the best customer service. To help them out, we carried all the trash downstairs so they only had to load it into the truck when they got there. They were super surprised we had already done that. They were very fast, made sure to take everything that we needed taken, and they did it well.
I had 1-800-got junk to remove the debris from my bathroom remodel. I also was able to clean up old wood and tile that was laying around. A bonus was that they took an old tv and stereo for a small extra charge. Now I have my garage back! Super easy, fast response time and friendly staff. Saves heavy lifting, time and money.
Hired them for an apartment clean out of a relative. They were very professional, and did a great job. Made sure everything looked ok before they left. This was not the first time I have used them and I’m sure it’s not the last. Would recommend for sure.
